001

I can't seem to get past a skeletal frame like robot being my favorite way to design and I know I'll never improve unless I get more creative with crap like that. Anyway, long time no post. Time to catch up.

Childrens Card Game

Love this game. Anyone who has known me or lived with me can tell you that. The game started coming out when I was in the 9th grade and I've never been able to leave it. It lures me back in with its amazingly simple rules but complex game play and the oh so wonderful monsters. Soo yeah, someone made and actual "card creator" for the game and I just couldn't help myself.

Dog Mechanic

I don't know what I was thinking. This was just a bunch of random scribbles and I apparently subconsciously put my grandmother's basement in there. Except for, you know, the robot stuff...

Lets go for a walk

Sometimes I just really don't feel like making a piece look finished, just laying down some color and moving on to something else.

Carz

Learning how to draw vehicles and such. I look back and think it odd that there was never a class on such things at college.

Wedding Bells

My father is finally getting married to the woman he's been dating for going on 11 years now and we're all ecstatic about it. We've always thought of ourselves as family and this will finally seal the deal. They asked me to make the wedding invitations aggggeeesssss ago but I only got time to do it recently but it looks like this design is going over well so that makes me feel useful to this event haha.

DOOOGGGSSSS

Current job is mural painting...yay...But its painting dogs so its at least tolerable. This be a reproduction of that famous painting " The Hustler" except on a wall and with some slightly creepier faces. The restaurant owner wanted them to actually have people faces and I...I just couldn't let that happen. Everything worked out in the end however I couldn't get a full picture of all of it because its location is rather awkward and there's always people eating in front of it. There's actually another dog or 2 not shown.

WOZ

I really have a love for the wizard of oz and its characters, I guess to me it was sort of like the first jrpg haha. I had sketched these up and a good friend really brought them to life with color.

These were some of the character sketches I did before to fool around with their designs.
I really Just wanted to try my hand at a full color piece so the Tinman became my first real experiment with photoshop coloring and taking it as far as I could.

Getting Things Started

Lets all hope for bigger and better things as we progress.
